Returns

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item has signs of wear and tear that are not a result of manufacturer damages or defects, we will not issue a refund. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please contact us at thepageco@befulfilled.net if you'd like to request a return or exchange and to confirm eligibility.

**Please note that dated materials such as calendars are not eligible for return. Digital products such as PDF calendar downloads are final sale and not eligible for return.

Our warranty covers manufacturer damages or defects within 30 days of delivery. Damage must have occurred prior to delivery. For manufacturer damages or defects, please contact us at thepageco@befulfilled.net with a detailed description and photos of the item. In eligible cases, we will replace the defective item with a new item of the same product if available.
