Returns & Shipping
We would be happy to help you exchange your item(s) or return for refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item has signs of wear and tear that are not a result of manufacturer damages or defects, we will not issue a refund.
Please go to this link to receive a Return Authorization Number. Include that number in your return and write the item you would like to exchange it for (if you are exchanging). We will do our best to exchange based on inventory availability once the order is received but can not make any guarantee.

**Please note that dated materials such as calendars are not eligible for return. Digital products such as PDF calendar downloads are final sale and not eligible for return.
Our warranty covers manufacturer damages or defects within 30 days of delivery. Damage must have occurred prior to delivery. For manufacturer damages or defects, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description and photos of the item. In eligible cases, we will replace the defective item with a new item of the same product if available.
When you contact us, please be sure to include your name, phone number, item(s) ordered, and order number.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.
We currently ship to USA, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Denmark, Italy, and New Zealand. If you're interested in having an order sent to another country, please contact us directly with your inquiry. All international orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Buyers outside of the USA are responsible for any and all duties.
Unless otherwise indicated, all products are shipped via USPS with Bound Printed Matter service. Depending on your location within the US, it may take 6-8 days for delivery. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.
